Aluminum Carport Installation:
- Constructed a 12’ x 54’ white, 3-inch structural insulated roof for the metal carport and shed, complete with gutters, downspouts, and a side valance.
- Installed all-new white aluminum posts and beams to meet code standards, ensuring a stable and long-lasting structure.
- Flash existing roof to the new carport and sealed all seams to prevent leaks for weather protection.
Shed Construction:
- Built a new 16’ x 8’ shed with double doors, vinyl siding, and a window for extra storage and utility.
Driveway Pavers:
- Replaced dated concrete driveway with approximately 67’ x 12’ of custom brick pavers.
- Created an elegant 13′ x 30′ brick paver entrance area.
